The ICF core competencies are presented in a list of 11 competencies, with 70 sub-points to navigate through. But in real life, you don’t apply the competencies in this order. How do you know which are truly ‘core’ competencies, and which are more in a support role?
Carly Anderson, MCC, Coach Trainer, Mentor Coach, and active ICF Assessor and Karen Boskemper, PCC will share us insights on how core competencies should be addressed on PCC/MCC levels. They will introduce us to a new methodology Carly has developed called “The Target Approach” which helps coaches to apply the core competencies in a more intuitive and real-life way and provides a pathway to becoming a more masterful coach. You will hear Carly coach and debrief against the competencies, and gain a valuable opportunity to ask her questions.
