My very best wishes and congratulations on your first year as an ICF chapter.  The well-being of our chapters is very important to ICF's leadership so please let us know whenever we can be of help to you in growing your membership and developing your members' coaching professionalism.  I hope that I will have the chance to meet with you sometime in the future.

In my time as president of ICF Nordic, I had the pleasure to meet with Kai Hellbom and discuss with him the possibility of establishing a Finnish ICF chapter. In Kai we found a solid coach and leader with a longtime perspective for our profession, and I am very happy to observe that he and his excellent team of colleagues have a viable and strong chapter in Finland. Please tell them that I am impressed by their progress in number of members and credentials. Congratulations to all. And I hope that I will meet some of them in Paris in June.

Yes, I have chance to meet some of them and they all were prepared to help others, to share ideas how to better support coaching and ICF principles. And they were nice, kind people.

I would like to tell them all of that and more. I wish them to have in every time good people around them to have possibility to feel synergy, humanity, love and courage to follow their hearts, thoughts and feelings.

Thank you Finland ICF for your work! 

I must say thank you personally and as ICF Lithuania face. Because from you we started our ICF chapter! In 2007 three lithuanians came in Helsinki. They came in their first coaching conference! There was their first meeting with ICF! And after 2 month they created Lithuanian ICF chapter. Which made impact to Latvian and Estonian ICF! 

You never know what you really create by your believes, thoughts and actions! But sometimes your result come and say BIG THANK YOU! YOU DID GREAT JOB! And in that letter I want to say to all ICF Finland - THANK YOU! YOU DID A GREAT JOB!!! We are because of you!

Congratulations on the celebration of your first year as an ICF Chapter!  I had the privilege of visiting your beautiful country in 2007, attending the European Coaching Conference with some of you and meeting with our visionary and committed ICF Nordic Leaders at that time.  I appreciate the commitment you made as individuals and as a coaching community to become an ICF Chapter.  As I reflect on your accomplishment, I am reminded of a quote by Margaret Mead, Anthropologist:
