Companies are struggling with the accelerating pace of change and the pressure to grow. They face the challenge to renew their leadership thinking and develop people’s skills more rapidly and with deeper impact.

The community of professional coaches in Finland (ICF Finland) celebrates its 10th anniversary in a sell-out seminar on 16 August 2017. The keynote speaker of the Loistan Työssäni (Shine at Work) seminar is John Mattone, Global Coaching Guru #2, and recently named  as one of eight finalists for the 2017 Thinkers50 Leadership Award. Thinkers50 awards are described as the “Oscars of management thinking”.

The lineup of speakers at the event include:

  • Kaija Bridger, Work and Organizational Psychologist and Head of Talent Management, Kone
  • Heli Partanen, Head of B2C, Telia
  • Leda Turai-Petrauskiene, Executive & Leadership Team Coach, MCC
  • Carina Räihä, the first Finnish woman to conquer Mount Everest

“The seminar highlights value-based leadership and coaching organizational culture, as well as leaders and professional coaches who make people shine in their work,” says ICF Finland President and Senior Executive Coach, PCC Nonna Babitzin.

The organizations that focus on development and on achieving good results use coaching as a way to inspire people to maximize their personal and professional potential. The impact of coaching can be demonstrated with the organizational metrics of competitiveness, performance, leadership, collaboration, competence and wellness.
